Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nexun VPN (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Nexun VPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that allows users to encrypt their internet traffic and protect their online privacy. The Service is available via our mobile application and website.

To use the Service you need an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. It is prohibited to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Overload or abuse the network
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Distribute spam, malware or other harmful content
• Resell or share the Service without authorisation

Nexun VPN offers free and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Google Play. All payments are processed by Google Play under their payment terms.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes and may change with 30 days prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partially used periods.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability.

All rights to the Nexun VPN application, website, logo, name and content belong to Nexun. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal use.

The Service is provided “as is”. Nexun is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via e-mail or within the app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
