By using the Nexun VPN service and/or our website (nexun.io) you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Data We Collect
We collect the absolute minimum. This includes only:
- E-mail address — for account registration, login and essential communication
- Device information — device name and type, exclusively for session management and debugging
- Payment data — processed by Google Play; we do not store any credit card or banking details
- Anonymous usage statistics — such as aggregate connection times and data volume, exclusively for network quality monitoring
Data We Never Store on Our Servers
- Your browsing history or websites visited
- DNS queries
- Your real IP address
- The content of your internet traffic
- Download or upload activity
- Connection timestamps linked to your account
- Any activity logs from the VPN app (those stay on your device only)

How We Use Data
The limited data we collect is used exclusively for:
- Creating and managing your account
- Delivering the VPN service
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Improving our service and network quality
- Sending essential account notifications
We never use your data for advertising, profiling or selling to third parties.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Payment processing — Google Play processes payments on our behalf
- Legal obligation — if required by law by a competent authority. Because all activity logs live on your device only and never on our servers, we cannot provide any user activity records
Security
We protect your data with state-of-the-art encryption and security measures:
- WireGuard encryption for all VPN connections
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all communication with our servers
- Encrypted storage of account data
- Regular security audits and updates
Retention Periods
We retain your data only for as long as necessary:
- Account data — for as long as your account is active
- Session data — only during the active VPN session, deleted immediately thereafter
- Support tickets — up to 12 months after resolution
After account deletion, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days.
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the following rights under GDPR:
- Right of access — request which data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — have incorrect data corrected
- Right to erasure — have your account and all associated data permanently deleted
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a readable format
- Right to object — object to data processing

Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account via our account deletion page at nexun.io/delete. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently erased, active subscriptions are cancelled, and VPN connections are disconnected. This action is irreversible.

Our website uses only functional cookies that are strictly necessary for correct operation. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
