Payment via Google Play
Subscriptions
Nexun VPN offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free — limited functionality, 1 device, basic speed
- Premium — full functionality, up to 5 devices, maximum speed
- Family — shared subscription for up to 6 family members
Prices are inclusive of VAT and may change. Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed via the Google Play Store. Nexun does not store credit card, bank account, or other financial data. Google Play applies its own payment terms and security standards.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed and billed monthly via Google Play. The billing date is the day on which you activated the subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Via the Google Play Store > Subscriptions
- Via the Nexun VPN app > Settings > Subscription
After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No automatic renewal takes place.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policy:
- Within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund via Google Play
- After 48 hours, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds

Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically billed unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Family Plan
The Family plan is managed by the family administrator. The administrator is responsible for all payments. Family members can be added or removed by the administrator via the app.
